FoundByAI provides an AI visibility scoring and optimization platform that helps businesses improve their presence in AI-generated search results. Our service includes audits, reports, action plans, and tracking tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Starter plan is a one-time payment of $29. Growth plan is billed at $49/month. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Invoices are issued for all purchases in compliance with UAE consumer protection requirements. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
Growth plan subscribers may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time. Our return and cancellation policy is published on this website as required by UAE regulations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
AI Visibility Scores include both live API-tested results and calibrated estimates. Estimated scores are clearly labeled in all reports. FoundByAI does not guarantee specific ranking outcomes in AI engine responses.
